- Manage and oversee site operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to achieve project goals.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in managing projects and leading teams in the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with project management software and tools is an advantage.
