About the Role

We are looking for a Team Lead Operations & Collections to own the end-to-end lending operations lifecyclefrom post-credit approval to loan closurewhile driving collections performance, payment operations, reconciliation, partner management, and process excellence.

This is a high-ownership, hands-on role requiring strong operational rigor, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, lending partners, banks, payment gateways, and collection agencies.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end loan operations including pre-disbursal, disbursal, servicing, repayments, foreclosures, closures, and customer servicing.
- Manage payment operations, reconciliations, refunds, cancellations, settlements, and ensure timely resolution of operational exceptions.
- Perform daily reconciliations across LMS, banks, payment gateways, finance systems, and lending partners while maintaining robust financial controls.
- Manage collections operations including agency onboarding, allocation strategy,



performance management, governance, compliance, and commercial management.
- Design and execute collections strategies across delinquency buckets, optimize recovery channels, improve collections efficiency, and monitor portfolio performance.
- Own collections MIS, DPD reporting, operational dashboards, forecasts, and key business metrics.
- Drive partner operations by managing SLAs, file exchanges, reconciliations, operational reviews, and escalations.
- Ensure adherence to RBI regulations, audit requirements, internal controls, SOPs, and operational risk management.
- Identify automation opportunities, eliminate manual processes, and continuously improve operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.
