Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare lessons for primary classes, ensuring effective communication with students.
- Deliver engaging lectures using creative teaching methods to promote student learning.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and improve instructional strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-2 years of experience as an English teacher or related field preferred but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in English Literature or MA (English) from a recognized university.
- Solid knowledge of Bed (Basic Education Development) principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English language proficiency.
