? About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven
SEM Executive (Paid Search Specialist)
to manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google, Bing, and other search platforms.

The primary objective of this role is to maximize
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), improve conversion rates, control acquisition costs, and drive measurable business results
through effective paid search strategies.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in campaign management, keyword research, bid optimization, conversion tracking, performance analysis, and paid search reporting. The candidate will work closely with the
SEO, Social Media, Creative, Development, and Client Servicing teams
to ensure integrated digital marketing performance.

? Key Responsibilities1. Google Ads & Paid Search Campaign Management
- Set up, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across
Google Ads, Bing Ads, Display, Performance Max (PMax), and Remarketing
.
- Design effective campaign and account structures based on client objectives.




- Manage campaign budgets and ensure productive budget utilization.
- Monitor campaign performance and make regular optimization decisions.
- Manage transactional and high-intent keywords focused on generating leads, sales, and conversions.

2. Bid & Budget Management
- Manage manual and automated bidding strategies.
- Optimize bids to achieve target
CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)
and improve overall campaign performance.
- Monitor budget pacing and ensure campaigns remain within approved budgets.
- Identify opportunities to improve ROAS and reduce unnecessary advertising spend.

3. Keyword Research & Optimization
- Conduct paid keyword research and identify high-intent and transactional keywords.
- Monitor keyword performance and search terms.
- Identify and manage
negative keywords
to minimize irrelevant clicks and wasted advertising spend.
- Share high-performing paid keywords with the SEO team for organic search opportunities.
