Role Description
This full time, on-site Business Development Manager role is based in Vadodara.



The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities in target industries, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and supporting the expansion of Harickson’s process engineering and manufacturing solutions. The Business Development Manager will conduct market research, prepare proposals, lead client presentations, and negotiate commercial terms in coordination with internal stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with engineering and operations teams to align client requirements with technical solutions, tracking sales pipelines, and contributing to strategic planning for growth. The role also includes attending industry events, preparing regular performance reports, and ensuring that client engagement aligns with Harickson’s standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
