Job Title: QA Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Analyst with 2–3 years of experience in

testing Data & Analytics applications within the BFSI domain. The ideal candidate

should have hands-on experience in ETL testing, API testing, data validation, and

defect management. Experience working with Azure Data & AI projects and Power BI

validation will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

 Perform ETL Testing to validate data extraction, transformation, and loading

processes.

 Execute Data Reconciliation Testing to ensure data accuracy and

consistency across source and target systems.

 Perform API Testing using tools such as Postman or Swagger.

 Validate Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy and

business rule compliance.

 Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business

stakeholders.

 Log, track, and manage defects using defect management tools (Azure

DevOps, Jira,



etc.).

 Perform Release Validation to ensure successful deployment and production

readiness.

 Develop and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.

 Work closely with developers, business analysts, and data engineers to

resolve defects.

 Ensure adherence to QA standards and best practices throughout the testing

lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
