Role Description
This full-time,



on-site Technical Service Engineer role is based in Chennai and focuses on supporting Atlantium’s water disinfection systems in the field. The Technical Service Engineer will install, commission, and maintain HOD™ UV systems, perform routine and corrective maintenance, and conduct system diagnostics to ensure optimal performance. The role involves handling customer service requests, providing technical support, and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues on-site and remotely. The Technical Service Engineer will prepare service reports, maintain documentation, and collaborate with engineering, sales, and operations teams to resolve complex problems and improve system reliability. The role also includes training customer personnel on system operation, safety procedures, and basic maintenance practices.
