We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Site Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in and prospective customers at project sites.
- Conduct property/site visits and explain project details.
- Explain amenities, floor plans, pricing and payment options.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Follow up with leads and assist in converting enquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and closures.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.
- Achieve assigned sales and site-visit targets.
