We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven HR Consultant to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and client coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to understand client requirements and deliver quality candidates within timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews
- Understand client requirements (JDs) and align candidate profiles accordingly
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and social media
- Conduct initial HR screening and interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and database
- Coordinate with clients for interview scheduling, feedback, and closures
- Negotiate salary and offer discussions with candidates
- Ensure timely closures as per client expectations
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Prepare and share daily/weekly MIS reports on recruitment status
- Stay updated with industry trends, hiring practices, and market intelligence
Preferred candidate profile
Key Skills Required:
- Solid knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Basic understanding of different industry domains (FMCG, Pharma, Manufacturing, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
- Graduate / MBA in HR or related field
- Relevant experience in recruitment consultancy / staffing firm
