We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive professional to manage our fitness studio’s front desk and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk, member check-ins, bookings & enquiries
- Handle calls, WhatsApp communication, and member support
- Drive membership enquiries, follow-ups,



renewals & basic sales
- Coordinate trainers, classes, schedules, and studio activities
- Maintain member records, payments, reports & administrative tasks
- Ensure smooth daily operations and an excellent member experience
- Coordinate cleanliness, supplies, maintenance, and opening/closing processes

What We’re Looking For:
- 1 experience in fitness, hospitality, reception, customer service, or operations
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities
- Presentable, energetic, and customer-focused personality
- Comfortable with sales follow-ups and basic technology/tools
- Passion for fitness and wellness is a plus
