Spim Webverse is a PropTech company delivering immersive 3D/virtual property showcase experiences to real estate developers, with a proven 3.1x site-visit conversion lift across 30+ developer clients in 6 countries. We're expanding internationally, including into Europe and GCC markets.

Role Summary

We're looking for a proactive Prospect Caller / Meeting Coordinator to own the top of our sales funnel — calling inbound and sourced leads, qualifying interest, and booking meetings for the sales team with real estate developers and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads generated via Instagram, website, referrals, and campaigns
- Qualify prospects on project stage, budget readiness, and decision-making authority
- Pitch Spim Webverse's immersive visualization offering at a high level to generate interest




- Schedule qualified meetings/demos for the sales team (Bhargavi, Raghuram, and others) and ensure calendars are coordinated
- Maintain accurate call logs and lead status in the CRM/tracker (connected, follow-up, quote sent, meeting booked, etc.)
- Follow up persistently on warm leads that haven't converted to a meeting yet
- Coordinate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads smoothly, sharing relevant context before each meeting
- Track and report daily/weekly call volume, connect rate, and meeting conversion rate

Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or lead qualification (real estate/PropTech/SaaS background a plus)
- Strong spoken English and Hindi/Telugu; additional language skills a plus given the international client base
- Confident, persistent phone manner — comfortable handling objections and cold outreach
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn ours
- Organ
