Role Description
The Performance Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Indore. This role is responsible for monitoring and optimizing campaign performance across digital marketing channels, using data and analytics to improve ROI and key metrics. Day-to-day tasks include tracking performance dashboards, conducting performance tests, analyzing campaign and website data, and identifying opportunities for optimization.



The Performance Specialist will collaborate with marketing strategists, content teams, and web developers to recommend data-backed improvements and implement performance management strategies. The role also involves preparing regular performance reports, communicating insights to internal stakeholders, and ensuring that all campaigns meet predefined performance benchmarks.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities to interpret performance metrics and identify trends.
