Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp & chat queries.
- Understand customer requirements and provide solutions.
- Manage complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Follow up with customers and maintain records.
- Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch & Accounts teams.
- Update customer/order details accurately.
- Maintain daily call and follow-up reports.
- Escalate important issues to the concerned team.
- Maintain professional customer relationships.
Candidate Requirements
- 12th Pass / Graduate.

- Basic computer knowledge.
