What You'll Do
- Design realistic training scenarios: Build tasks based on real construction, engineering, project management, site operations, and building workflows from your professional experience.
- Write realistic prompts: Create detailed, technically relevant requests that reflect the kind of work you would actually be asked to do or ask a peer to complete.
- Provide reference files: Attach authentic or realistic supporting materials such as construction drawings, project plans, BOQs, cost estimates, site reports, inspection reports, schedules, specifications, or other relevant files.
- Author the ideal answer: Develop a publication-quality solution, estimate, analysis, project plan, technical report, or skilled document that fully and accurately addresses the request.
- Create a grading rubric:



Define clear evaluation criteria and quality checks that an ideal response must meet.

Requirements
- Experience in the Construction sector.
- Relevant professional experience in areas such as construction management, civil or structural engineering, project management, site supervision, estimating, surveying, architecture, inspection, quality control, or skilled construction trades.
- Excellent professional written communication skills.
- Comfortable using AI tools and writing prompts for AI tools, including image-generation tools when relevant.
- Able to produce polished, publication-ready, and technically rigorous professional materials.
