Role Description




The German Language Trainer will deliver structured German language instruction to students and young professionals preparing for Ausbildung and other career opportunities in Germany. This full-time, on-site role is based in Dadri and involves planning lessons, developing teaching materials, conducting classroom sessions, and assessing learner progress through tests, assignments, and interactive activities. The trainer will focus on building learners’ listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with an emphasis on practical communication and exam readiness for recognized proficiency levels (e.g., A1–B2). Responsibilities include maintaining learner records, providing individual feedback and remedial support, collaborating with counseling and placement teams to align language training with program requirements, and organizing workshops or practice sessions related to German workplace culture and qualified communication.
