Job Title: HR Manager
Job Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Salary: ₹30,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and agile HR Manager to manage and oversee the organization’s human resource functions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Manage onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
- Monitor employee performance and support performance appraisal processes.
- Manage attendance, leave, and HR records.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Develop employee engagement and retention initiatives.




- Work closely with management to address workforce requirements.
- Prepare HR reports, maintain HR databases, and analyze workforce-related data.
- Support organizational development and HR strategy implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
- Positive understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.

Compensation

₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability for the role.
