Role Description

The
Laboratory Solutions Specialist
is a full time, customer-facing sales role focused on developing new business and growing GA International’s presence within the laboratory, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, and life sciences markets.

The successful candidate will actively identify and develop prospective customers, understand their laboratory workflows and labeling requirements, and recommend suitable LabTAG® labeling, printing, barcode, and identification solutions.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include prospecting and lead generation, visiting laboratories and customer sites, conducting product presentations and demonstrations,



preparing quotations and proposals, following up on sales opportunities, and supporting customers throughout the sales process.

The role will involve building relationships with laboratory managers, scientists, procurement teams, quality teams, distributors, and other decision-makers. The Laboratory Solutions Specialist will also work closely with GA International’s internal technical, customer service, marketing, and product teams to develop solutions for customer applications and support successful account development.

The position requires regular travel for customer meetings, distributor visits, product demonstrations, conferences, and industry exhibitions.
