Dredging:
Over the past few years, we have evolved from a basic dredging company to a comprehensive dredging services provider. We are the largest dredging organization for the past two decades, offering a diverse range of services including maintenance dredging, capital dredging, and environmental dredging solutions.
Job Purpose
Superintendent - Operations TSHD leads operational strategies for efficient and safe dredging,
emphasizing quality service delivery, client satisfaction, safety regulations, survey planning, and logistical coordination.
Responsibilities
Operational Planning and Execution:
- Oversee production planning and execution, ensuring effective monitoring and control of production data, optimizing time management and quality.
Project Management
- Liaise with clients and port representatives to provide updates on dredging progress, addressing customer issues for enhanced satisfaction.
Dredger Equipment Maintenance
- Maintain technical specifications, geotechnical data, and ensure dredger upkeep for optimal output.
Survey Planning And Coordination
- Plan and review bathymetric survey operations, analysing productivity to inform dredging strategies.
MIS Preparation And Data Collection
- Evaluate production and consumption data, prepare monthly reports, and manage SAP tasks for efficient operations.
