Roles & Responsibilities :

This role leads the engineering teams that build and deliver the Service Line's client engagements across data foundations and AI/GenAI solutions. A hands-on delivery leader accountable for people, commercials, client engagements, quality, cost, and delivery metrics.

Key responsibilities

Engineering delivery leadership
- Lead the engineering teams — data engineering and AI/GenAI solution development.
- Own end-to-end delivery across the engagement lifecycle: Planning, execution, deployment, and transition to Managed Ops.




- Direct delivery through project managers and technical leads; set delivery methods, cadences, and governance.
- Ensure architectural and engineering decisions align with CoE standards and reference architectures

Business & commercials
- Track and own revenue realization, EBIT, and deployment efficiency
- Manage profitable delivery: Resource pyramid and productivity measures
- Support pursuits with delivery estimates, staffing plans, and solution feasibility
- Support account mining through delivery excellence and identification of follow-on work.

Client engagement management
- Own the delivery relationship with clients — governance, status, expectation management, and escalation resolution.
- Manage customer satisfaction – Feedback, Timely communication, Excellence
