1) The candidate is required to work under the guidance of Territory Manager and convert NPS business for Government Channel and responsible to achieve targets assigned.
2) The candidate is also required to connect with the respective channel partners (SBI Group) and conduct awareness session in government offices across his/her region.
3) He/ She will have to follow-up with the Government Nodal Officers/ Relevant authority to conduct NPS awareness sessions for their employees and subsequently set up helpdesk in the government offices for onboarding their employees under NPS with SBI PFM.
4) The candidate would also be responsible to service the Nodal Officers/ Government employees and provide them all the support needed at local level with the help of central team.
5) The candidate would be responsible for achievement of PRAN and AUM (Asset Under Management)
with SBI Pension Funds.
6) Responsible for conducting online/in-person presentations to senior management/employees.
7) The candidate is required to provide assistance and resolve any queries of government subscribers.
8) The candidate has to build relationship with these government officers and also educate the employees about various pension schemes available to them and migrate them with SBIPF pension scheme.
9) Travel and create product visibility and build business profitability by researching, identifying and capitalising on current opportunities.
10)Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management
