Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead product discovery and gather business requirements.
- Create and manage product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize product features and coordinate delivery with cross-functional teams.
- Work closely with Engineering, QA, Design, and Business teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Maintain product documentation and support audit and governance requirements.
- Track sprint progress, milestones, and product delivery.
Experience Required:
- 5-13 years of experience in Product Management.
- Robust knowledge of Finance and Tax domains.
- Hands-on experience with SAP FICO.
- Experience managing product backlogs and Agile delivery.
- Knowledge of Oracle Finance applications is an added advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
