Job Overview

mea is looking for an experienced Associate with expertise in the global P&C; Commercial & Specialty (re)insurance market, with specific expertise in London Market and the US. The ideal candidate will combine deep industry knowledge of Insurance and (re)Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Operate as an integral, (re)Insurance expert member, of the global client delivery team

• Provide deep industry knowledge and insights to the team.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for (re)insurance-related inquiries and issues within the operations team, supported by the wider client delivery team.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.





• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality results within time constraints.

• Excellent communication, training, and mentoring skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft excel

• Promote and foster collaboration and engagement with all team members.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in insurance/risk management or relevant field.

• Skilled certification in insurance field preferred.

• 0-2 years of experience in insurance.

• Open to working in rotational shifts (UK/US time zone).
