Hiring: Area Sales Manager – Diagnostic Centre

Position: Area Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage and expand the assigned territory and client network.
- Build robust relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, corporates, and other healthcare partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
- Ensure strong customer relationships and high service satisfaction.





Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, pathology, or related industries preferred.
- Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and team-management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Candidates with experience in diagnostic centres/pathology labs will be preferred.
