Key Responsibilities
- Outbound & Inbound Calls: Dial numbers from provided databases to market services, or handle incoming customer inquiries.
- Lead Generation: Qualify prospects by asking targeted questions and passing hot leads to the sales closing team.
- Data Management: Accurately update call logs, customer notes, and follow-up schedules in the CRM software or Excel.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed regular quotas for calls made, leads generated, or conversions.
- Script Adherence: Follow designated communication scripts while keeping a natural, persuasive tone.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
