About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can manage and scale paid marketing campaigns and drive customer acquisition and revenue for our D2C brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising budgets to achieve business targets.
- Monitor key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR and conversion rate.
- Develop strategies for customer acquisition, retargeting and remarketing.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and copies.
- Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives, campaigns and landing pages.
- Track and report campaign performance on a regular basis.
- Work with the e-commerce and content teams to improve the overall conversion funnel.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.
Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience working with a D2C / E-commerce brand is preferred.
- Experience in Health & Wellness, Nutraceuticals, Skincare, Beauty or FMCG will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR and conversion metrics.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Shopify and Google Analytics/GA4 is preferred.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.

Someone who is data-driven, commercially focused and hands-on, with a proven ability to scale paid campaigns, acquire customers and drive profitable D2C growth.
