To fuel our regional expansion, we are seeking a proactive, market-savvy Area Sales Manager to strengthen our distribution footprint and drive brand excellence through channel sales.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Channel Partner Relationship Management: Conduct regular, structured visits to channel partners, dealers, and distributors across designated market beats to assess partner needs, resolve operational gaps, and identify revenue growth paths.
- Merchandising & Sample Management: Take absolute ownership of sample folder deployment at partner retail stores. Systematically audit, track, and replenish physical product segment samples to ensure our complete catalog is active for resale.
- Product Segment Alignment:



Evaluate partner demographics and retail traffic patterns to validate that the specific Lamiwood product lines assigned to each dealer align perfectly with their target customer profile.
- Display & Visual Branding Activation: Identify high-visibility spaces within dealer showrooms to set up brand displays, optimize point-of-sale branding, and improve the visual appeal of Lamiwood products to walk-in clients.
- Partner Enablement & Training: Conduct regular product training and technical education workshops for channel partners and their showroom sales executives to enhance their product pitch effectiveness.

Candidate Profile & Prerequisites
- Core Experience: 1 to 6 years of progressive experience in Field Sales, Channel Sales, or B2B Dealer Management.
- Industry Alignment: Prior experience in building materials, plywood, laminate, wooden flooring, interior decor, paint, or architectural products is highly preferred.
