Position: Sourcing Engineer - NPD

Experience: 2-7 Years

Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical

Required Skills & Competencies
- Understanding of communication protocols:
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
- Hands-on experience on Creo, Auto CAD,
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and team collaboration abilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Handling Product & Vendor Development for New Programs,
- Getting drawings from design, checking it for production processes to be used.
- Part feasibility as per Drawing and manufacturing process, correct supplier selection and registration, conduct supplier audit, supplier evaluation, supplier assessment and quality rating,
- New product and toolings Cost negotiation and cost finalization.
- Checking& approve inspection report of each part,




- New Gear development gear tooling study, RFQ send to supplier approve cutter Drawings.
- Gear development process planning and stage wise inspection,
- Maximum Utilization of available resources with higher efficiency,
- Evaluation of machining Cost and Negotiation,
- Negotiating with supplier, finalize part development costing.
- Knowledge of product material and manufacturing process calculation & detail negotiation for cost reduction with vendors,

Documentation
- Preparation of technical documents: Log sheet
- . Computer Knowledge – like -Email drafting communication, excel, world, presentation , Creo, Auto CAD, Catia,
