Desired profile of the candidate
- Bachelors / Masters degree; MBA-HR or HR specialization preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist / HR Manager role
- Robust working knowledge of ESI, PF, and Indian labour laws
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, payroll processing, and statutory compliance
- Experience in employee onboarding, contract management, and performance appraisal
- Ability to handle both office staff and field workforce HR processes
- Fluent in Tamil, Hindi, and English
- Strong coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently with high ownership and compliance focus
Experience: 3-5 years preferred
