- Build lasting relationships with guests to understand preferences and enhance loyalty.
- Handle guest concerns and feedback with prompt resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain guest profiles and track preferences for repeat business
- Identify and generate recent leads through guest interactions, networking, and referrals.
- Promote ongoing offers, packages, and experiences to maximize revenue opportunities.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
