Everly White Studios is a luxury design studio creating mystical art, soulful lifestyle objects and New Earth collectibles.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can take ownership of our marketing across social media, digital growth, SEO, Meta Ads, campaigns and offline sales.

We are looking for someone who thinks beyond:

“What should we post?”

and asks:

“Who are we trying to reach, what will make them care, and how do we turn that attention into a customer?”

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars
- Plan and create strategies for Reels, carousels, stories and campaigns
- Develop strong hooks, content ideas and storytelling formats
- Monitor trends and identify opportunities for organic reach
- Improve non-follower reach, engagement, profile visits and website traffic
- Track content performance and continuously optimise the strategy
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager is mandatory.




- Manage campaign objectives including awareness, traffic, engagement, lead generation and conversions
- Set up and monitor audiences, retargeting and campaign funnels
- Analyse CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS and other relevant performance metrics
- Test creatives, audiences, copy and campaign structures
- Optimise campaigns based on performance and business objectives
- Working knowledge of SEO is mandatory.
- Develop and execute basic-to-intermediate SEO strategies
- Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities for organic discovery
- Optimise website pages, product pages, titles, descriptions and content
- Improve organic search visibility and website traffic
- Understand basic on-page SEO, technical SEO and off-page SEO principles
- Monitor rankings and organic traffic using relevant SEO tools
- Identify opportunities for collaborations, partnerships and creator marketing
- Research competitors, trends and customer behaviour
- Track market
