Role Description
The Customer Success & Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring smooth order processing,



and supporting operational activities related to building material supply. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, coordinating with manufacturers and logistics partners, monitoring deliveries, and resolving issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. The executive will assist in account management for key clients, track performance metrics, prepare reports, and collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and operational efficiency. The role also involves proactively identifying customer needs, suggesting suitable products, and contributing to continuous process improvements across customer success and operations.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention to build long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Solid Customer Support experience, including handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing timely assist
