Purchase Executive Fire & Plumbing / MEPJob Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end purchase activities for Fire Fighting, Plumbing & MEP materials.
- Verify purchase indents as per BOQ, specifications, stock, and project requirements.
- Source quotations from vendors and prepare Comparative Statements (CS).
- Negotiate rates, payment terms, quality, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Finalize vendors and prepare, verify, and release Purchase Orders (POs).
- Follow up with vendors for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Coordinate with Site, Project, Store, Engineering, and Accounts teams.
- Verify materials received and coordinate for GRN and invoice processing.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor database, and pending PO tracking.
- Identify current vendors and ensure cost-effective procurement without compromising quality.
