Purpose

To create high-quality 3D design renders based on established guidelines and designer requirements while supporting team coordination and mentoring junior associates.

Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed 3D design renders for furniture projects, interior architecture, and product catalogues following established design guidelines and quality standards.
- Meet regularly with Interior Designers to understand project requirements, design intent, and aesthetic preferences while clarifying technical specifications and expectations.
- Execute iterative design rendering process incorporating designer feedback, client comments, and necessary modifications while maintaining design integrity and timeline adherence.
- Guide and mentor Junior 3D Design Associates by providing technical support, reviewing their work, and sharing best practices for skill development.
- Demonstrate advanced understanding of 3DS Max, VRAY, Photoshop, and AutoCAD software capabilities while utilizing appropriate tools and techniques for project requirements.




- Work on complex renderings including challenging lighting scenarios, intricate material representations, and detailed architectural visualizations requiring advanced technical skills.
- Contribute to the reusable design asset library by creating high-quality 3D models, textures, and materials while utilizing existing repository for project efficiency.
- Collaborate with Senior 3D Design Associate to implement workflow improvements, maintain quality standards, and ensure consistent output across all projects.

- Project delivery within agreed timelines with 100% on-time completion rate
- Client revision cycles limited to maximum 2 rounds per project through accurate initial interpretation
- Quality approval rate >92% from Senior Associate with minimal rework requirements
