Role Description
The E-commerce Associate will manage and update product listings across online platforms specifically meesho, ensuring accurate information, pricing, and availability. This full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi involves coordinating with internal teams and vendors to maintain inventory data, process orders, and track shipments. The E-commerce Associate will monitor online sales performance, assist in resolving customer queries, and support promotional campaigns and digital merchandising activities.



The role also includes preparing basic reports on product performance, identifying listing issues, and supporting continuous improvements to the online customer experience.

Qualifications
- Robust understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketplace operations, including product listing, catalog management, and order processing.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online promotions, with the ability to support campaigns and improve product visibility.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools for maintaining data, generating reports, and tracking inventory.
