Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Senior Admission Counsellor to convert qualified student enquiries into successful admissions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent counselling, sales, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand students aspirations and guide them toward the most suitable MBBS abroad options. The role is highly target-driven and requires strong follow-up, negotiation, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counselling & Lead Conversion

* Counsel prospective students and parents regarding MBBS abroad opportunities.

* Understand each students academic profile, budget, and career aspirations.

* Recommend suitable universities and countries based on eligibility and preferences.

* Convert assigned leads into admissions while maintaining high counselling quality.

* Build trust and long-term relationships with students and parents.

Lead Management

* Handle enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, website, walk-ins, social media, and referrals.





* Maintain regular follow-ups until admission decisions are completed.

* Update CRM accurately after every interaction.

* Prioritize hot leads and ensure timely response to all enquiries.

Admissions Support

* Guide students through the complete admission process.

* Explain eligibility, documentation requirements, fee structures, scholarships, and timelines.

* Coordinate with the admissions, documentation, visa, and operations teams for smooth processing.

* Ensure students receive an excellent admission experience from enquiry to enrollment.

Target Achievement

* Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.

* Maintain solid conversion ratios from enquiry to admission.

* Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.

* Generate referrals from enrolled students.
