Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Specialist who can take ownership of our L&D; function and build a structured, scalable, and engaging learning ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a SaaS or technology organization, solid knowledge of L&D; practices, and the ability to independently design and implement learning programs from the ground up.
The candidate will be responsible for creating the end-to-end L&D; framework, managing learning initiatives, establishing processes, tracking effectiveness, and continuously improving the learning experience.
A strong understanding and practical application of AI in Learning & Development is a must.
Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development Strategy
- Develop and implement an organization-wide Learning & Development strategy aligned with business and employee needs.
- Build a structured L&D; framework covering technical, functional, leadership, compliance, and professional development.
- Identify learning gaps through employee feedback, manager inputs, performance data, and business requirements.
- Develop annual/quarterly learning plans and manage their execution.
L&D; Process & Program Management
- Create and establish end-to-end L&D; processes and workflows from learning needs identification to program delivery and evaluation.
• Design processes for:
Training needs analysis
Learning requests and approvals
Course selection and curation
Training delivery
Employee participation and tracking
Feedback and assess
