Roles & Responsibilities
- Work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand their hiring requirements.

- Source potential candidates through various platforms such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process including screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. • Support the recruitment team in achieving hiring targets and maintaining quality service delivery.
- Track recruitment activities and maintain candidate data in recruitment systems.
- Ensure a positive experience for candidates during the hiring process.
