About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our Cost Management and Estimation team. The ideal candidate will support pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying activities for high-rise residential, villa, infrastructure, and international construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates based on conceptual and detailed designs.
- Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Assist in budgeting, costing, and rate analysis for construction projects.
- Review tender drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Study BIM models and extract quantities for cost assessment of major activities.
- Compare contractor-submitted BOQs with approved budgets and design intent.
- Identify deviations, exclusions, and variations for BOQ finalization.
- Support value engineering initiatives by evaluating alternative design solutions for cost optimization.




- Assist in assessing cost savings proposed by Structural, MEP, Faade, and other disciplines.
- Verify, evaluate, and process subcontractor variation claims.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure accurate quantity and cost control.
