Role: HR Exit Team Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate end-to-end offboarding activities for departing employees, including scheduling exit interviews and updating HR systems.

Manage and maintain accurate exit profiles in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and policy compliance.

Analyze exit data and employee feedback to identify attrition trends and provide actionable insights to HR leadership.

Actively contribute to attrition control by identifying root causes of exits and supporting employee retention strategies.

Handle and manage employee grievances related to exits, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.

Support and coordinate employee termination processes, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.

Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism while dealing with sensitive employee information.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Payroll, Admin, etc.) to ensure smooth and seamless employee exits.

Provide general administrative and operational support to the HR team as required.
