About The Role
We're hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize Facebook/Meta ad campaigns for our D2C ecommerce clients. You'll own campaign performance end-to-end — from strategy and budget allocation to creative testing and reporting — working closely with design and development teams to ensure alignment with each client's growth objectives.



This role offers an exciting opportunity to impact multiple brands directly, utilizing your expertise to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and passionate about ecommerce marketing, with a proven track record of scaling campaigns effectively.

Qualifications
- 2-4 years of hands-on Facebook Ads experience, specifically within D2C or ecommerce sectors.
- Proven ability to scale ecommerce brands and deliver measurable conversions.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and various reporting dashboards.
- Working knowledge of Shopify or Shopify Plus platform.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Bonus: Experience working with luxury, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
