Every morning, millions of cars hit the road with 3-4 empty seats. At Hopr Carpool, we believe

those empty seats can become one of India's largest transportation networks, and we're building the team to make that happen. We've already crossed 15,000+ rides every day, proving that everyday carpooling works. Now comes the bigger challenge: making it a mainstream commuting habit.

*About the Role*

We're looking for someone who's deeply plugged into internet culture. If you're always spotting trends before they peak, understand why certain creators or memes take off, and instinctively know what content feels native to social media, you'll fit right in.

You'll work closely with the marketing team to turn internet trends and creator insights into

campaigns that people actually engage with.

What You'll Do
- Spot emerging trends, memes, creators, and conversations worth jumping on.
- Identify and collaborate with creators who fit the brand.
- Collaborate in creative concepts and scripts for creator-led content and social campaigns.
- Analyse what content, hooks,



and narratives are working and repurpose those insights into high-performing ads.
- Test different creative ideas, measure performance, and use data to continuously improve content and campaigns.

Who We're Looking For
- 0-3 years of experience creating content or working with a brand known for great content (internships and personal projects count).
- A self starter who lives on Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, X, or other internet communities.
- Understands pop culture, creator ecosystems, and the language of the internet.
- Curious, creative, and comfortable experimenting in a fast-moving startup.
- Strong communication skills with an eye for positive content.
- Bonus if you've built your own content page, worked with creators, or have a portfolio of content you're proud of.
