Requirements
- B.Arch. from a recognized institution.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience
in architecture, interiors, PMC, or design & build projects.
- Strong knowledge of
AutoCAD
; knowledge of SketchUp/Revit will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of construction materials, detailing, and site execution.
- Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
