Experience: 5–10 Years Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Civil or relevant experience Role & Responsibilities Manage Myone shuttering and fabrication work at construction sites. Supervise installation, alignment, leveling, and dismantling of shuttering systems. Ensure proper fabrication and erection as per drawings and site requirements. Coordinate with Site Engineers and Civil Supervisors for work execution. Check material requirements, manpower deployment, and daily productivity. Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of shuttering and fabrication activities. Monitor material usage and minimize wastage. Maintain daily work and manpower records. Preferred Candidate Profile 5–10 years of experience in high-rise/residential construction. Hands-on experience in Myone shuttering and fabrication systems. Positive knowledge of RCC construction and shuttering practices. Strong manpower management and site coordination skills. Ability to work under project timelines and safety requirements.
