Key Responsibilities

**Responsibilities: ** 1. **Administration and Configuration: ** Manage, administer, and configure Grafana instances, including installation, upgrades, and patching. 2. **Performance Optimization: ** Monitor and optimize Grafana performance, including query optimization, data storage, and dashboard responsiveness. 3. **Issue Resolution: ** Provide Level 3 support to troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues related to Grafana, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime. 4. **Security Management: ** Implement and maintain security best practices, including access controls, authentication mechanisms, and encryption,
