Export Sales Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Export Sales Executive to develop and grow our international business for Picture Frames and Home Décor Products. The ideal candidate should have experience in export sales, international business development, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new international markets for Picture Frames and Home Décor products.
- Generate export leads through LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, B2B platforms and market research.
- Communicate with international clients and understand their product requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries, product information, samples, convert inquiries into orders, prepare quotations, follow up on orders and coordinate payment collections.
- Collaborate with production, dispatch, logistics, and internal teams for seamless order processing.
- Track export orders from confirmation to dispatch,



ensuring on-time delivery and smooth execution.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure business closures and repeat order.
- Maintain accurate export records, documentation, records of inquiries, client communication, and sales activities.
- Provide post-shipment support and ensure customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.

Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience in Export Sales.
- Experience in Picture Frames, Photo Frames and Home Décor Products is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with international clients and export procedures.

Language Proficiency:
- English (Excellent), Gujarati (Fluent), Hindi (Fluent)

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of MS Office, email communication, online research and ERP/busine
