Role Description
This full time Inside Sales Executive role is on-site and based in Bengaluru North. The role involves identifying and qualifying leads, managing inbound and outbound calls, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline for CloudShinePro’s training and consulting services. The Inside Sales Executive will conduct product presentations, share course and service details,
and follow up with prospective learners and corporate clients to convert opportunities into enrollments or engagements. Daily tasks include updating CRM systems, preparing basic sales reports, coordinating with the training and consulting teams, and supporting marketing campaigns with timely lead responses. The role also requires consistent customer interaction to understand needs, address queries, and contribute to positive client experiences.
Qualifications
