Graphic Designer

Bangalore, India (In office)

This role sits at the intersection of design craft and product execution. You will work directly with artists and creators receiving their artwork and taking it through to print-ready production while also contributing to original graphic design, packaging and digital assets across our brands. Your work will be seen on real products that reach customers across India and globally. What Youll Do:
- Print Production Artist File Handoff:
- Receive artwork files from artists and creators and prepare them for print production.
- Set up print-ready files with correct bleed, colour profiles (CMYK/RGB), resolution and file formats.
- Work with vendor-provided dielines for packaging, boxes, pouches, mailers and other physical products.
- Liaise with printers and manufacturers to ensure design specs are accurately implemented.




- Establish and maintain checklists and processes to ensure accuracy and consistency across all print outputs.
- Understand paper stocks, finishes (matte, gloss, foil, emboss) and how designs behave in physical print.
- Graphic Packaging Design:
- Design packaging, product labels, hang tags, inserts and unboxing materials across all brands.
- Create marketing collateral including posters, banners, brochures and promotional materials.
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design deliverables for Alicia Souza, Happy Wagon, Sky Goodies and Humanhood.
- Build and iterate on design mockups to visualise products before manufacturing.
- Digital E-Commerce Assets:
- Create platform-specific listing images, infographics and A+ content for Amazon, Shopify, Nykaa and Myntra.
- Design social media graphics sized and optimised for Instagram, Amazon and other relevant platforms.
