To regularly identify, evaluate, and participate in applicable tenders while ensuring timely submission of documents, compliance with tender requirements, and continuous follow-up until the tender is awarded.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly monitor and identify relevant tenders from various portals and sources.
- Review tender eligibility criteria and assess the company's suitability for participation.
- Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents within specified timelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect required technical, commercial, and compliance-related information.
- Manage end-to-end tender documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Follow up with tender authorities and clients regarding tender status and clarifications.
- Respond to queries, amendments,
and correspondence related to submitted tenders.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, outcomes, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and tendering requirements.
- Track tender opportunities and prepare reports for management review.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Good understanding of the Tendering Process.
- Hands-on experience with the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Portal.
- Robust documentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret tender requirements and specifications.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Experience
- Experience in government, semi-government, or private sector tenders.
- Exposure to technical or engineering-related industries will be an added advantage.
