About the Role

We are looking for passionate AI/ML Engineers to join our team in Bengaluru or Mysuru. Depending on your experience level (L2 Mid-Level or L3 Senior Level), you will contribute to or lead the design, development, deployment, and optimization of machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions across our product suite.
- L2 Engineers focus on core model building, data processing pipelines, and production integration.
- L3 Engineers take ownership of system architecture, advanced model optimization, end-to-end MLOps infrastructure, and technical leadership/mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities (L2 & L3)
- Design, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models to address core business challenges.




- Build robust data preprocessing and feature engineering pipelines.
- Expose ML capabilities via scalable REST/gRPC APIs (FastAPI/Flask) containerized with Docker.
- Collaborate with software developers, data engineers, and product stakeholders to integrate AI components into production applications.
- Monitor deployed model performance, track data/concept drift, and manage automated retraining pipelines.

Senior Responsibilities (L3 Additions)
- Lead the end-to-end technical lifecycle and system architecture for complex AI/ML projects.
- Build and maintain production MLOps pipelines (CI/CD for ML, model registries, automated evaluation) using tools like MLflow, Airflow, or Kubeflow.
- Optimize large-scale models (LLMs, GenAI, NLP, or Computer Vision architectures) for low latency, inference speed, and compute efficiency.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers (L1/L2), establish best coding practices, and conduct technical code reviews.
