SOS Infotech & Telecom is building a next-generation Intelligent TraQic Management

System (ITMS) and Advanced TraQic Management System (ATMS) platform incorporating

AI, Video Analytics, Enforcement, Command & Control, TraQic Intelligence, and Smart

Mobility solutions.

We are looking for a highly experienced Engineering Manager / Head of Engineering who

can lead the complete product lifecycle—from architecture and team building to

development, deployment, and scaling of a state-wide intelligent traQic platform.

The candidate will be responsible for establishing the software engineering practice,

mentoring teams, defining technology strategy, and building a scalable product capable

of supporting thousands of cameras, radars, IoT devices, and enforcement systems.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Technology Leadership




- Define the overall software architecture and technology roadmap.
- Lead the design and development of a contemporary ITMS/ATMS platform.
- Build and manage the software engineering team.
- Drive product innovation using AI, Machine Learning, and Computer Vision.
- Establish coding standards, development processes, and release management.
- Ensure platform scalability, security, reliability, and performance.

Team Building & Management
- Assess existing development resources and identify skill gaps.
- Build and mentor a high-performance engineering team.
- Conduct technical interviews and recommend hiring plans.
- Create a culture of ownership, quality, and innovation.
- Coordinate with product, operations, and customer stakeholders.

Platform Development
- Lead the development of modules including:
- ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition)
- VIDS (Video Incident Detection System)
- RLVD (Red Light Violation Detection)
- Speed Enforcement
- Wrong Direct
